Fifty workouts over 10 weeks. Five workouts per week with each workout being 40-45 minute durations. The days will alternate between upper-body and lower-body. This program intends to apply tension to the muscles to promote growth. This program will have cardio days as well if you would like to add in more cardio like HIITS. Each workout will target a specific muscle group.
